Home Sweet Home

I am finally home for the Christmas holidays =)) *YAY* I am sooo happy to be finally home...the last time I came home was during the Chinese New Year!!!

Yesterday was a marvelous day at the office. My company had a Christmas party lunch and yes there was red wine =)) My most favourite part of all was getting my pay!!!

I really am thankful that I'm being here with Red Communications =) Despite me joining in October as a full time staff...I still get a bonus hehehe It's was a surprise to me as I know that normally, new staff wouldn't be getting any. I was only with the company for 3 months as a full time staff and the company still gave me! I am soo blessed *smiles*

Upon my arrival last night, I already am pampered with good food. My aunty Maria and the twins are here for Xmas too. My flight was delayed (AirAsia la) so touched down at about 1030pm. When I arrived home, Aunty Maria is already cooking my favourite dish called Mali Chai (hmm...u can get the veggie in hakka mee but it's the younger shoots that we use to eat..kekeke)

Then today, went to Parkson for a while to see if I can get anything hehe last min shopping as usual...but didn't find anything I like. Aunty Sherene, Uncle Richard and the boys came over. They bought banana fritters and panggang (something Mirian, the boys said). The boys were so sweet, told Aunty Sherene to buy me food that I can hardly find in KL and they know what I wanted *grins*

Tomorrow's sunday!!! Gonna meet everyone in church hehehe soo excited!!! Then there's a pot bless at the church tomorrow night. Then on monday, going to Christine's bday party and at night to Uncle Teck Chung and Aunty Vivan's place for pot bless.

OH yea might be going for karaoke with Wee and gang tomorrow night hahahah

SO nice to be home!!!

End of 2006

Yesterday was the last shoot for 123 for the year 2006! YAY!!! We are now on holidays (well in a way la). There are a few things I need to settle before I leave home. To get the 123 website ready before I leave and also the credit mentions....

2006 has been a very adventourous year for me. So many things has happened or yet to happen ho ho ho

1. April - I completed my first degree in University Malaya

2. May - Went down to Singapore and tried my luck there. Unfortunately, I was
working with this horrible lady whom I think I shall not ever mention her again
when I'm alive...

3. July - Came back to Malaysia and was in between jobs...was working for Red
Communications as PA on a daily day basis. Helped out in 3R and two Astro
Informercials.

4. August - Alan offered me a 3 months contract job at Red Communications, Was
working on the French TV research then.

5. Septemeber - Alan offered me a full time post in Red Communications =) and yes I
accepted it =))

6. Oct - Started doing researched on 123

7. Nov - 123 started...it was a really tiring month for me till december. But all
was good. So many things to learn. I was working all alone in a few segments. I
had to handle the ppl involve in the shoot as well as the crew.

I am thankful to God that all these has happened to me. Before this, I kept saying, I regretted going down to singapore to work etc coz I've missed out working on a movie called 'Dukun' but it's an experience to me. If I hadn't had gone down to singapore...I'd say I should have gone down (reversed psychology) hehe

I praise Him for guiding me throughly 2006, the ups and downs I've faced, He always will stand still next to me, holding me up =)

Thank you Father for all the things that has happened to me. Thank you for guiding me and in helping me facing the challange in everyday's life.

The time has come!!!!

tomorrow's 20th Decemeber 2006!! 123 Episode 1 is finally coming on air! After a months' plus of hard work...coming to two now. That's only the production...not inclusing the pre production..I can't wait!!! Although I was the one who had to watch the final edits before it was sent out to the station neverthless the feeling to watch it on TV3 is a different feeling!!!

Today I had a shoot at one of the host's house. And we brought another intern along. So now we have 2 interns on 123!!! We decided to bring this intern in hopes that he can attract the girls on set...hahaha and it was successful!!! LOL the little girls were much more behaved than usual and I think this intern has successfully smitten the eldest one ho ho ho

It's going good...he's coming on shoot with us for now *winks*

And so here it is

I've been watching Grey's Anatomy. It's so nice to see Meredith, Izzy and George staying together and sharing their ups and downs.

All 3 of them started of as interns at the hospital and knowing each other from while working together.

When there's problem, they will help each other in a way. To see them getting along as a family instead of just mainly the sake of sharing a house.

I wish I were them but unfortunately no.

I know that my friends, if I were to blow my top off them...they'd never ever speak to me again. If I'm unhappy, we just have to close one eyes....it's like a give and take situation.

Unlike what Meredith, Izzy and George are having. They can argue and argue and yet at the end of the day, they're still best friends =)

I wish that my housemates are like that....we share everything together etc unfortunately it's NEVER ever gonna happen.

And so here it is...stuck in a place....

Who is more sexy?

I was looking at some pictures that my friends posted on friendster. He had this picture during Pri 6. And my all their pants (they are all guys) are above their knees!!! They are practically showing off their sexy legs whereas us(girls) have to wear our skirts either below ankle or just at the ankle length

Speaking of sexiness......who's more sexy now? The girls or guys? Go take a look at your primary pics, and you tell me :P

A try out

I cooked again! And this was yummy enough as well

Cooked shitake mushrooms and carrots with pasta hehehe the San Remo mushroom & herbs one la all instant =p I just added the shitake and carrots and they both go really well with the pasta hehehe

Gonna cook it again when I come home. Won't be cooking much for these 2 weeks as I'll be leaving for home on the 22nd!!! YAY!!! I can't wait to go home!

I'll be home for Xmas!! And yes the song is basically singing in my head hehehe

Old friends

Met up and had dinner with one of my old friends back in St Joe. Actually a few of my friends are here and didn't know that they were actually staying so near to me! Siong and Siew Heng (he's in Kelana Jaya) but still near enough hehehe

Today just went for dinner with Siong. I was surprise by his gestures...we went go Giant Hypermarket after dinner. Thought of just going inside and see what grocery we can get. Then I took the basket, he just took it off my hand and say Let me do it. I was like oh okie sure and thanks =) Then next thing is later after taking our stuff, we went to pay. We paid together well normally what ppl do HERE(in Kay Al) is you separate the things and pay but line up together la. So he paid first coz I had to change the milo pack as it was open in some ways. Then later, he took the plastic bag and we went off together. Nice huh....well so far with my guy friends, the one who i normally hang out with does that la like taking the package although it's not the theirs. I do have one or 2 friends who doesn't do that and that's like hmm okie....where are the manners?

The last time too when we went for crabs, Siew Heng and Siong were helping Sheena and I with our crabs although we both love cracking it with the nut cracker and 'hammer'. After looking at us struggling to crack, they'll just say come let me do it lol

I am not sure how many ppl I know are reading this but if you're here with me in Kay Al...I do not want to hang out much with 'those ppl' is because of they way they are, how they stinge on their money. I really get sick and tired with the philosophy that every cents count. That's not how my friends are suppose to be. If every cents count, this means that I am not your friend enough. I am just your affiliation. Friends are always generous to one another. It's always give and take.

It really doesn't matter with that plate of fried kueh teow cost to be with him. Its like having RM5 only in your pocket and you know your friend loves that char kueh teow. Will you just buy for him? apparently 'those ppl' will never thought of it that way. Its a shame really.
