Missed out!!!

Lee Juan and family was here last week. We went together. Met her up at One Utama. I went to take wardrobe at Gap and after that, gave her a call. Wanted to know where was she. Then she said she was in One U in one of the shops. Okie so we met up there hehe

Then later, we went for seafood!!!! YUMMYLITICIOUS!!!!!!! We had this fish which looks like a halibut, it was from France and cost RM229 per KILO!!!!!! It was like my most expensive fish I've ever eaten. Well, we called for one, then most of the dishes were prawns, shell fish and fried rice. IT was delicious! SLURP!!

After that, went back to the hotel. We stayed at Boulevard Hotel, which was next to Midvalley. It is NICE! Classy la compared to Cititel. Cititel now is like so cheap now hahaha I will recommend all my friends to stay at Boulevard =) Convenient as it's in Midvalley (shopping/movie) and reasonable. The breakfast was good too.

Oooooo we went for Karaoke too at Neway!!! Lee Juan's brother is good!! lol and sooooooo farnieeeeee hahaha sang duet with him with some songs. He closed with shampoo girls song remember the oh oh we're in trouble?? lol We sang zombie, madonna hung up and endless love lol Lee Juan's parent sang too cool huh

Yep I had a great week with her and family!!!

- I'm going home for Xmas!!!! -

A simple YES or NO would do

Sometimes I wonder why is it so hard to say a YES or a NO? A lot of ppl tend to go like err....I have to bla bla bla bla bla

Honestly, I would prefer them to go straight to the point and say YES or NO instead of those blerdy (sorry for my language used) excuses which ended up as in like NO. Don't have to waste my time and your time.

I know a lot may feel uncomfortable saying it directly and they will go round the BIG bush just to decline. It happens to me several time and I actually get even more upset by that....

I would actually prefer they go like...I'm sorry sharon, I can't at the moment, I've got some things to do. Isn't it better than Err...I still have to do my laundry, my chores and wash my car. To me, it's like a hanging on to the question when you'd already know that you have to say NO. Even like asking to join something, you can just say, Hmm...perhaps I can think about it? Or just say I don't think there will be enough space/ I think the place is full? Doesn't that sounds better than just keeping quiet and just smile at me with that geekish smile? Sheesh

I feel like I'm putting myself to embarassment...just say NO and what the heck, I'm fine with it. The more you linger with your answer, the more I feel rejected even though your answer may be a positive one (which doensn't normally happens)

Since I came to KL to study, I have not met anyone who is known as 'religious' as helpful as the non religious one. Those I normally hang out with : at uni/work/old friends are the ones who I can count on most of the time.

If you can act so religiously and at the same time apply the principle that you're holding to....then you can come and tell me about it. If not, just shut ur mouth up and don't bring in Him. It's quite insulting, not to me but the non christians especially. They are always comparing us to themselves(non christians) It's not good. They will go like she's chrisitan but she does so n so wheras she, who is not a christian is so much better.

-sigh-

True Colours

You'd never know the real person unless you're staying with them...and YES it is actually a very real FACT =)

Friends who you meet everyday may not be the same with the friends that you've been staying together. I've had a roommate since I went into university till now.

The longer you stay with that person, the better you know.

The next thing is, choosing your friends. The older you get, the better you choose your friends. Well...in this case, not many ppl can make the right decision. Right now, i'm putting my foot down in this. No more compensating feelings about that...I really mean it....I've had it enough with ppl who only comes to you only when you're useful to them......I am sooooooooooooooooo sick and tired dealing with these kind of crap ppl.....sorry but yea you're a crap!!!

You don't even have the value as a friend? Who am I talking about? dunno....ask yourself if you're in the category....siapa makan cili, dia yang rasa pedas (a malay proverbs) meaning you know if you're the one...

Oh well.....enough of my naggings.....just updating about my work =) this week

I'm on shoot this whole week including sunday *yay* tiring but enjoying at the same time mind stressing as I've to do all the co-ordinating. Duh...I'm the production co-ordinator...who will be doing that besides me?? hahaha

It's funny to see ppl staring at us while we're doing shoots, I've come across a few places where ppl are doing shoots but I just walk pass hehehe since I'm in the line, it's normal to see ppl surrounded with lights as I see it EVERY DAY while I'm on shoot! One word.....HOT or PANAS!!!!

Next thing is, yesterday saw Alan (my boss) wearing a white shirt, black pants and with a tie!!! LOL This kind of 'outfit' is very unusual to us hehehe we hardly see ppl dressed up soo formally and basically we all find it funny to see Alan in that outfit. He had to dress that smart coz he was attending some seminar. So everyone in the office was like teasing him, asking him if he's going for an interview?? hahaha We are all sooo used to just t shirt and jeans or even shorts and t shirt. We don't wear formal wears, hardly ever recall ppl wearing slacks or even tie to work!!!

- cheers -

Freaky!!!!!!!

Today I had to go to Kampung Kemandol, where the orang asli settlements is. We were planning to do a profile on orang asli mum, to see how their culture is like to raise kids. Wonder if it's very different and to see if they have any parenting tips to share with the urban parents ie: what to they do when a child is sick...do they take panadol like us or use herbs, what kind of traditional games do the kids play ecetera

Of course, I went alone...Angela couldn't make it because there's TONNES of editing to be done...And so, I had to go to Subang Airport to meet Pastor Ping, who will be taking me to Kampung Kemandol.

I didn't know the way coz Subang ain't my territory...took directions from James (my company's despatch and he pratically knows the road in Selangor and Wilayah, I call him my walking map) and Irene. So I drove there, then when I came to the so called 'magnificent' bridge in subang hahaha i kind of became uncertain with the routes...you'll feel this especially entering a new zone hahaha

So I called Irene, she didn't pick up. Couldn't call James as my phone has not been activated yet. So I called Colin. Well, my 017 is for mostly for work purposes so I don't give them my 016. He gave me directions to go some how I misinterpreted his direction and went all the way to USJ.

And so, he directed me out which again, wrong way as he told me to stay on the 2nd lane which leads me back to the highway...I was heading to Shah Alam now. Passed the toll, asked the toll lady where can I make a U turn. She just 'oh depan sahaja' which is just right ahead of me...so happily I took the right lane thinking the U turn will be on my right. I was like driving about 100km/j.

AND THEN I SAW THIS BRIDGE THAT GOES UP THAT MAKES A NICE BIG U TURN TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD ON MY RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to like slow down on my current lane, signal to my left and quickly make a dash to the left!!! ALL THE CARS WERE HONKING AT ME!!!!!!!!

I really Praise God that there weren't lots of car at that time and I could like stop in the middle of the highway(from right lane moving to the middle lane then to the very left lane) without getting HIT!!!!

Well I had to like ignore all the honks blaring at me of course =D couldn't scold them of honking at me..Good thing I was really calm hahaha and like err sooooo sorry guys, didn't mean to do this but I am like really lost here.

Who shall I to blame??? Well the signage in Malaysia is SUPER DUPER HORRIBLE!!!!

They should at least put a U TURN sign ahead of you stating that you can do the U turn 500m in front ecetera.......

Oh well........freaky day huh

Unlucky day

-BIG SIGH-

I lost my phone....a flip phone which I bought in July is now gone =(

Thought I left it at home yesterday morning but when I came back it wasn't on the coffee table like where I left it/last remembered where I put it.

Quite frustrated with it coz I can't do my work without it. ALL my contacts esp at work is gone....and some friends which I only have in my 012 is now gone....

Going to HAVE to get a new no. tomorrow...will post it up once I've gotten my new number...

I am really saddened by my lost....

Hmmm

Dealing with kids ain't easy...today is only the 2nd day of 123 of shoot, I meant the 2nd shoot for 123 but already I'm having a headache!!!

Everytime when a kid try to make up a fuss....we'll have to be like smiling at him/her and tell him NICELY not to do it....or bribe him/her. It's like you're pretty angry and wish you could just say Sit down and don't move!!! but you'll have to go like...umm please sit ya don't move for like 3 mins...very fast...etc hahaha it's different if you're a teacher as you can be stern but here you'll have to keep your temper and still say 'Oh he's sooo cute' hahaha that's the tricky part hahaha

Anywayz Aunty Viv, here's the receipe :

1. Shitake mushroom (depending how much you want)
2. Onions, celery and garlic (1/4)- cut into cubes/pieces
3. stir fry everything with butter then blend.
4. put some water when you're about to blend. Easier to blend.
5. After that...put in the milk and chicken stock over the stove.
6. MAKAN TIME

heheheh
