Charges

With effect of 21st April 2008, checked in luggages/baggages will be charged RM5 per piece if customers were to check in at the counter and Rm3 per piece if customers PRE BOOK the luggages (whatever that means)

WHY is AIRASIA coming up with all these charges? APPRARENTLY AIRASIA stated customers can SAVE money! HELL what the F*** charging $$ all the time for this and that despite the 'CHEAP & AFFORDABLE' airfare???

Okie fine, their tagline...EVERYONE CAN FLY is true...coz NOW EVERYONE can fly coz other AIRLINES charges are higher than AIRASIA. But has customers think about this?? Imaging 7 hours flight to Brisbane, NO FOOD and NO SERVICE and have to BUY (don't know how much it'll cost for international flights) at the end, the comfort is at the price the customers pay.

AIRASIA's service if were to compare to budget airlines from overseas ain't that good afterall. I flew from Melbourne to Sydney few years back with their budget airline which is around AUD$175 with pretty good service and all. PLUS FOOD (FOC) I don't think AIRASIA is able to provide that FRIENDLY service. Their air hostess, I should say, should be neater...can still see air hostess with their fringe in their face...and yet they're the one handling the food. YUCKS! And everyone has the SAME hair colour...and if the hair grows, there's 2 tones...like a skunk. Shoulder length hair are not tied up but let loose...not professional look...

ONE thing I can summarise, I only FLY with AIRASIA because I CAN'T afford MAS. But at the same time, Everytime when I book a ticket, I will still compare both airlines. If MAS is only a difference of RM50 or less than Rm100, I'll opt for MAS still...just like my recent HK trip ;)

Summary : Pay for what you ask for...meaning, if you want to pay cheap airfare, be prepare to get LOUSY service and vice versa. BUT it's ridiculous to have charges for EVERYTHING later on in AIRASIA. What's next? we need to pay for the seat belts or perhaps a latch to unbuckle the seat belt? I AM NOT SURPRISE if AIRASIA does so in future...
